Position Overview:

As an Agent at WATSON SALARI GROUP, you will receive a competitive commission structure with unlimited earning potential, mentorship to support your professional development, access to cutting edge technology and marketing tools and WSG Group presence and availability to help you close more deals. Lead and shared client opportunities and ongoing support to help you be successful.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.

Conduct property showings, negotiations and facilitate the closing process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and photographers, ensuring they meet the highest standards of luxury aesthetics and daily communications with team members ensuring we achieve collective group goals.

Stay up-to-date with best industry practices. Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, contributing to the continuous improvement of our Group and processes.

Collaborate on moving the business forward with daily real estate tasks including Tuesday and Sunday open house support.

Qualifications:

Proven track record and drive to step up to the next level of your career.

Strong relationships with high net-worth clients and a strong understanding of how to service high luxury properties.

Valid real estate license in California, and New York a plus.

Extremely driven, strong attention to detail, excellent communication and negotiating skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
